Zero Calorie Foods- Is there really such a thing?

The answer is no, but there are many healthy foods that when eaten your body burns more calories digesting them, than their actual calories they contain! (in moderation of course and not smothered in fat). Just because they are “negative “ calorie foods does not mean they don’t pack a nutrient punch because they do!
