YOUR 1ST WEEKEND CHALLEGE FOR 2014 IS………………

NO BREAD!

THATS RIGHT NO BREAD IN YOUR DIET FOR THE WEEKEND AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE HOW THIS WILL HELP YOUR BODY DO IT FOR 1 WHOLE WEEK!

NO BREAD FOR THE WEEKEND RULES:

  1. DO NOT EAT WHITE BREAD, WHOLE GRAIN BREAD, MULITI GRAIN BREAD, PUMPERNIKLE BREAD ETC,…….NO KIND OF BREAD AT ALL!

  1. NO BAGELS ( NOT THIN, NOT WHOLE WHEAT, NOT BLUEBERRY (AND BTW THEIR NOT REAL BLUBERRYS MOST OF THE TIME)

  1. NO PIZZA OF ANY KIND…..YES EVEN VEGGIE PIZZA IS A NO!

  1. NO PANCAKES

  1. NO WAFFLES

  1. NO TO ANYTHING THAT IS A BREAD PRODUCT.

  1. CHALLENGE IS FROM FRIDAY TILL MONDAY

  1. MANY OF YOU ASK ME ABOUT SOME FOODS IVE NEVER HEARD OF….IF YOU HAVE TO ASK YOU MUST KNOW IT’S A BIG NO FOR THIS WEEKEND SO PUT IT DOWN AND JUST SAY NO!! just sayin……..

I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR HOW YOU ALL DID, SO PLEASE REPOST HOW YOU FELT, YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU ENCOUNTERED IN SAYING NO., ANY TIPS YOU MAY HAVE USED TO HELP YOU GET THROUGH THE CHALLENGE…..ETC…….
