Welcome to "Wiped Out" – the ultimate indoor circuit Boot Camp that promises to push you to the limit and beyond! Led by the one and only Sgt. Cyndi, this four-week program is not for the faint of heart. Get ready to be challenged, motivated, and completely wiped out!

 

In this high-intensity, in-your-face boot camp, Sgt. Cyndi will push you to your limits with a series of heart-pounding circuits designed to test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness. From explosive plyometrics to challenging strength exercises, every session will leave you feeling exhilarated and exhausted in the best way possible.

I just finished the bootcamp and was super nervous at first! I didn’t know what to expect and part of me thought it would just be exercises for the entire time, which it was but Cyndi made them so fun by incorporating them with games! We played yatzhee, roulette, cards, dice rolling games and so much more. It was so much more than I expected. I had so much fun and EVERYONE is so supportive. Cyndi was there every step of the way, pushing you, answering any questions you had. She is more than willing to evaluate what you are eating when you share your food journals with her. In 6 weeks I am down 19.25 total inches and down 3 pounds. I can’t wait to the next bootcamp and see more results
