Don't have time to make it to my studio? Busy parent on the go? You can train virtually with me! All classes and sessions are live, so you still get all of the benefits of in-person training. All you need to do is to download Zoom, a free video conferencing app, and you'll be ready for a sweat sesh with Sgt. Cyndi! If you don't have equipment, don't worry! I can tailor our sessions to accommodate that.
Prepare yourself for a 45-60 minute cardio and strength training class that uses little to no equipment. You'll also have the benefit of working out online with your Body Physics peers for even more motivation and accountability. This class will demand everything you have at your personal fitness level, so get ready to burn fat, build strength, and have fun!
Join me 2x per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 30 minutes of resistance band training! This class Focuses on using resistance bands and circle bands so you get a total body workout!
Train for 30 minutes 2x per week for 30 minutes. This is a circuit style class that starts with 10 minutes of cardio, and adds in strength, balance, and stability training components for the last 20 minutes.
Let’s build a strong foundation together! We will meet 3x per week for 30 minutes for a total of 4 weeks. This class is for beginner or modified participants working on their foundation. We will target the core muscles of the body including the deeper muscles of the abdominals, back, shoulders, glutes, pelvic floor and flexibility. The exercises will stretch and strengthen your muscle in a non-impactful, controlled manner.
Join me for 20-minute-high intensity interval training that will get your heart rate pumping! HIIT IT! focuses on short bursts of high intensity work followed by a brief recovery period. This class will improve cardiovascular endurance, athleticism and strength. We will use a variety of body weight exercises, dumbbells, plyometrics and total body strength training.
Are you up for The Challenge? We will meet 1x per week where we will choose one or more exercises where your goal is to complete a very high number of reps for a set time
