HEALTHY MEAL CHALLENGE!!

OK HERE IT IS, THIS WEEKENDS CHALLENGE IS TO EAT A HEALTHIER MEAL THAN YOU NORMALLY WOULD HAVE EATEN THIS WEEKEND.... YUP, ITS THAT SIMPLE.......ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS POST A PICTURE AND A DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WENT INTO IT FOR ALL TO SEE. YOUR POST MAY INSPIRE OTHERS TO COOK A HEALTHY MEAL, AND REMIND OTHERS THAT HEALTHY MEALS CAN BE MADE INTERESTING AND NOT "BORING". I WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO SHARE WHAT YOUR "NORMAL" MEAL WOULD BE COMPARED TO YOUR NEW HEALTHY MEAL ! I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING THOSE POSTS! SO LETS SEE THOSE PICTURES THIS WEEKEND AND BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU HAVE MADE!! REMEMBER THE CHALLENGE IS TO MAKE A HEALTHIER MEAL THAN YOU NORMALLY WOULD EAT ON THE WEEKEND. THIS WILL BE DIFFERENT FOR MANY OF YOU. FOR SOME OF YOU THIS MAY MEAN REPLACING A FRIED PROTEIN WITH A BAKED ONE, OR MAYBE ADDING A VEGETABLE TO YOUR TABLE, SOME OF YOU MAY DECIDE TO TRY A TOTALLY NEW HEALTHY FOOD YOUVE NEVER TASTED BEFORE….WHATEVER THE DIFFERENCE AS LONG AS IT HEALTHIER THAN NORMAL FOR YOU!!
