Beginners do 15 reps and you can jog/walk or run ¼ mile at end. 25 Squats 25 Push-ups 25 jump ropes 25 Presses (you can use light weights or soup cans) 25 Squats 25 jump ropes 25 Jacks 25 Squats 25 jump ropes 25 Push-ups 25 High knee runs 25 jump ropes Finish off with a ¼ mile sprint
