Highly Qualified Coaching

Sgt. Cyndi is a Physical Therapy Assistant who knows how to help people move well and efficiently. She is an ISSA certified Elite trainer and a specialist in Exercise Therapy and Fitness Nutrition. She has completed over 100 hours of continuing education in fitness, physical therapy, and nutrition. You will be training with a highly qualified coach who is dedicated to your success!
